Ingredients
  1. 6 roma tomatoes
  2. 1/2 white onion
  3. 2 Serrano pepper
  4. 1/4 cup cilantro
  5. 1 lime
  6. salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Seed the tomatoes by slicing the tomatoes into quarters and remove the centers with a spoon.
  2. Dice up the tomatoes, onion, and serrano peppers. Chop up the cilantro. Toss all chopped ingredients together with the juice of 1 lime, salt and pepper.
  3. Set it aside in the fridge for at least 2 hours so the flavors can get absorbed.
